Come learn about the rules, regulations, scoring, and traditions of Muay Thai through live exhibitions performed by some of Hawaiʻi’s more advanced students and coaches.

Cheer on your friends, family, teammates, and academy members as they experience the foundational requirements of Muay Thai scoring through safe, controlled, non-competitive sparring sessions designed to educate athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators.

The Muay Thai Development League is about creating a pathway for athletes to gain experience, understand the sport, and develop the skills and confidence needed for the next level — without the pressure of traditional competition.
