Come join The Mango Tree for an old school Myzone Effort Points Challenge!
Let the MEPs race begin as you utilize your myzone & earn points from your training sessions at the gym.

Contestants will compete for myzone effort points (MEPS) from Sept 16-30th.
MEPS are accumulated throughout your training & vary depending on the intensity of your workout.

For example: 
-if you are training in the "green" zone 70-79% of your heart rate, which earns you 3 MEPs per minute. 
-if you are in the "yellow" zone, you are performing at 80-89% of your max HR- thus earning you 4 MEPs per minute.

If you own a myzone, you are automatically entered intp the competition.

A full video of the colors & breakdown will be posted before the launch.

Prizes will be as follows: 
1ST PLACE: 3 months FREE membership
2ND PLACE: 2 months FREE membership 
3RD PLACE: Combat Corner Prize Pack
4TH PLACE: Combat Corner Prize Pack
