How it Works (General)

  2. Connect: Pair it with the free Myzone app on your phone via Bluetooth.
  3. Track: The module detects heart rate and sends data in real-time to the app (or gym screen).
  4. Train: Use live stats and MEPs to stay in target heart rate zones, earning rewards for effort.
  5. Sync: Workouts automatically log to your online account, visible in the app. 
Getting Started Tips
  • Keep the module clipped to the strap for automatic power on/off.
